Deb has practised yoga for over twenty years. She’s had a keen interest in health and alternative medicine since her university days. Deb is an active practitioner of hot yoga, yin yoga and LSD (long, slow, deep). She also enjoys practising Baptiste, Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of yoga along with Pilates and Barre. She’s a long-time meditator and has spent time at Zen monasteries in California. Deb is an avid world traveler and does yoga wherever she goes.
My Yoga Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is about creating a space for yogis of all experience levels to find joy and peace in their practice. I believe that the practice of yoga can be for everyone. It can serve those looking for peace and mindfulness as well as those seeking fitness and bodily health.
